Fruit also works great in salads. I love it with lite raspberry vinagrette. Add some sliced apples to an apple muffin mix. Add fruit to your cereal or oatmeal. Try some jello - the sugarfree makes a great guilt-free treat. slice a few apples and add them to your chicken salad.

Hi Jon, I am just starting out with mfp as well and hope to lose at least 130lbs. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can encourage each other to get there. Its great to find other people with a lot to lose. Mfp is the first thing I really felt can really help me meet my goals. Teresa
