I am 5 '11 I started at 328 pounds I am now 288lbs my goal weight is 160-170lbs. At the very lowest maybe 155 pounds. I don't want to look sick

hello Denndar, with anything it takes time to adjust. Don't do a fad diet. Don't do diets but embrace a lifestyle. Make small changes one at a time. Thanks for the encouragement! I'm working on this. I am trying to do measurements and go based on how things fit. Sometimes it's hard because the temptation is there. I don't want to be obsessed about numbers. thanks again for posting this.

I would check to see if you may have gallstones. Gallstones are no fun ( I can attest to that). Do you eat a lot of greasy food? Do you have any burning sensation in your stomach also? Either way I would go to urgent care or Er a.sa.p. Again I hope that you feel better.

Sounds like a bad case of gas. if you have either ginger ale or just a piece of ginger that should help.Are you have sharp stomach pains? If so that may be something else altogether. If so you may want to go to Urgent care or Er if it does not subside. I hope that you fell better.
