Or if you don't want to lose any more weight, just keep at your TDEE and maintain.
-
My advice, stop worrying about whether or not you'll gain the weight back. Just focus on now. Find out your TDEE at your weight and activity level right now. Stick to it for a week or two, let your body adjust and re-evaluate from there. You will have to keep adjusting as you lose weight.

I tried both and they both taste yuck! sorry...

Well if she's not into cleaning, yes, maybe she can go back to work part time so you guys can have money to pay a weekly housekeeper. LOL!

Maybe you can talk to a doctor or therapist and find out what is going on. For me it was emotional eating - I'd eat if I was stressed or just plain angry, and I couldn't express it. So rather than say anything, I'd eat. But now that I realized it, It has helped ease my cravings and mindless eating habits. Also I tried the…

I think what is more important is how the loss makes you feel. Are you happy, more confident, eating more healthy? Just keep on moving forward! Everything else will follow

Fitsmart has 20g protein per serving and Vegessential had 27g per serving.

Try Fitsmart fiber 35 (140 cal per serving) and Progressive Vegessentials - all in one (180 cal per serving) these are protein with veggies, extra nutrients and fiber, low carb, low sugar.

Thanks for the tips. I like fat-free yogurt - 40 calories; Skinny cow ice cream bars - 100 calories, no sugar jello - 5 calories, berries( Strawberries , blueberries, raspberry) less than 100 calories for half a cup. Whipped toppping to go with the fruit or no sugar jello - approx. 30 calories. If I have chocolate…

Hi, I started at 142 lbs in Sept 2013. I am now down to 118 with only 3 more lbs to my goal weight of 115 lbs. I measured my food (but mostly did not weigh it) and logged it. I averaged 1250-1350 calories per day. I am also doing moderate exercise - mostly walking 8,000-10,000 steps a day with my fitbit. And pilates. Its…

I had a similar problem. After logging my food consistently for 9 months now, I observed that if I had lots of carbs early in the day, I tended to crave more carbs and sweets as the day went on. So now I have more of protein at the start of my day and then add carbs in mid-day onwards. This seems to diminish my cravings…

Yes, I do something similar. But I do this to help keep my sugar levels steady so I don't get super hungry then binge. My weight loss has been slow but steady :)

Yes, this...If you want to eat more, move more. But really, moderation is the key. I am losing weight by eating at my calorie goal and just by walking, no heavy lifting, excessive exercise. Just keep moving. Whatever strikes your fancy, but just do it. Good luck!
