I have tape measure so I'll get on top of measuring, right now I'm assuming I only need to gain about 4-5 lbs each month since the bulk is short, but I honestly don't care if I put on 15-20 lbs during the 3 months because I'm pretty good at losing , I just hope I put on enough muscle so that the cut comes out nicely !…

You are absolutely right and I think my body held on to most of the fat And lost muscle thus giving a flabby saggy look. I've added meat back and started weight lifting , I'm even considering a short bulk to help gain back lost muscle! Thanks for your help !

I've been doing tons of research on lifting bulking/cutting ..... I've learned so much and everything I thought...was pretty much wrong! I should have been lifting heavy to maintain the muscle I did have .... Now i have to gain it back

Im actually considering it for a life style change, its that great. Most people have great success with this diet and lose more weight in 4 months than they had in one yr! So yea im curious to see the next six months will bring too! Even tho i only have about 10 lbs to go maybe 15 the next 4 months will just be maintaining

Thanks for your advice! I have been on a much better diet , i started the alternate day diet where you fast one day and eat a regular set if calories the next day (about 2000) and i have already lost almost 3lbs! I also have alot more energy than before! I definitely would recommend this diet. Very easy. And less starving…

Yes i was feeling tired/deprived because i was limiting my calories to 900 and exercising ontop of that. Very depressed as well, i am excited to say that i have been on the alternate day diet for one ONE week and have already lost an additional 2 1/2 lbs !! I have much much more energy now and am actually losing faster…
