  • Nicole, You look fabulous! I think many of us (at school) are on the same cycle so your in good company. I hate that bloated feeling. No matter what your size that just feels yucky. Hang in there. Remember if you really want it go ahead and have a little. :) Chocolate I mean!
  • Hang in there. Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruit. Can you pack some for school?? Easy to put in a backpack! Also make sure you are eating enough protein (milk, eggs, meat etc.). That will fill you up. Watch out for fast food and pizza. Can add up quicklly. You can also try to get some more exercise but dont' go nuts. Let…
