I LOVE new friends! I'm currently doing the insanity max30 program and need feedback and motivation for those "weak" moments we all have. I've been logging In faithfully since feb of this year.I have found that keeping my food diary helps a lot. Hit me up if ya wanna be friends!

'Im 5'4 and just turned 50 in June. When I started MFP in June, I was 185.... a month before I was 190... now I'm 178. working out 6 days a week... just added kettle bells and hip hop abs to my regime. excited to see what this month (August) is going to bring!!!
