Yeah I've been lifting but never followed a program strictly which probably didn't help me any, but I just started simply shredded today & hoping to stick to it unlike before where I just half assed it

I feel like my body fat is still like 25% my legs look to fat to me also. Idk what to do. Maybe I'll switch to maintenance for awhile

5'10 & 114....I'm the same height & 114 is scary skinny for our height

Start weight was 180, current weight is 154. I'm 5'11 & follow simply shredded it's a free program

I just calculated my macros using this chart and entered them into MFP as close as I could get And i lifted weights and did cardio, doesn't matter really what exercise of choice you want to do, it comes down calories in vs calories out.

I just do a combo of circuit training & weight training! I eat just healthy, no special diet, this only a 12 lb difference also

I have only 1 child who's a year old but i work out during her naps. I work out 5 days a week Here's my results with just 30-60min of exercise a day from at home and at the gym when I can

Lol!! Thank you, I'm 5'11 and currently weigh in 170. I still feel quite huge but I know I'm at a fairly healthy weight for my height

LMAO! It must be the lighting! I definitely have some stretch marks and a c section scar from June last year! But thank you As for what I do, I do circuit training and HIIT cardio.
