Snacks: fruit, cheese, veggies, homemade hummus (in case store-bought has sweetener) Dinner: Maybe you could make a delicious stew or soup with winter veggies! Or a big ole steak and baked potato!! :] Eat things from the earth, and you'll be golden! Nothing from a box!
