Gosh, more things than I could probably list here. I keep things on a constant rotation and rarely have the same thing on consecutive days. My bottom desk drawer looks like a mini convenience store of healthy snacks. lol Some of the stuff I like:
Apples
Blackberries
Clementines
Fiber One Original Bran Cereal
Cheerios (any flavor)
100 cal snacks
Brown Rice Marshmallow Krispy treats
Roasted Plantain Chips
Special K Cracker Chips
Special K cereal bars
Kellogg's Fiber Plus Bars
Fiber One bars (both the 90 cal and regular)
100 cal bags of popcorn
Plain instant oatmeal
Granola bars
VitaTops (when I can get 'em on sale)
Western bagel Alternative Bagels
Thomas' Light Wheat English Muffins0 -
lots of raw fruits and veggies. I tried to prewash and precut and preproportion for a work week ahead of time...then I just grab my little baggies and put them in my lunch box
Also I loooooove laughing cow cheese wedges. Two of the garlic and herb ones will cover ALOT of celery sticks, and there are only 70 calories in the two wedges. They are delicious! The plain ones are okay tasting too...but I like flavor.
I pretty much have alot of what has already been said. My sister sells epicure so I've made my own: salsa, tzaziki and hummus and keep those in the fridge.
Hard boiled eggs are a fave of mine too!0 -
Forgot to add...sometimes I will even snack on cold cereal and milk...if I have enough calories left to consume that is. Good way to have my fibre AND dairy!0
-
Fruits, hummus with crackers (whole grain, small amount), yogurt, nuts, protein shake, etc.0
-
Apples and peanut butter or cheese
Banana and peanut butter
Peanut butter crackers
Nuts (almonds or peanuts, usually)
Baby carrots
Yogurt with fresh fruit
String Cheese
Cheese & crackers
Smoothies
Chicken breast (I sometimes cook up a pound to snack on during the week)
Frozen grapes
Cuties
Oranges
Hard boiled eggs
Cottage cheese/fruit (if I can spare the sodium!)0 -
Yoplait no fat yoghurt is only 66 calories per tub!
I'm addicted to them at the moment, perfect for snacking, because they are naturally sweet and really tasty.0 -
Apples, oranges, sugar free jello (10 cals!!!) sf mousse & pudding (60) these rice and bean chips (adzuki or something but they are a bit addicting) and ummmm rice cakes with whipped cream cheese, YOMM0
-
I strongly avoid 100 calorie packs...because it quickly goes from 100...to 500 for me lmbo.0
-
Special K Cereal bars
Special K crackers w/ Laughing Cow cheese
Yogurt
Apples
Bananas
Oranges
100 Cal Packs (the fudge mint petites taste just like Thin Mints)
Slim Fast snack bars if I want chocolate (Peanut Butter Crunch Time tastes like a candy bar)0
