Same here.. fully agree, same thing happens to me every time i even change something to my workout plan or Kcal intake, takes about 3 weeks to stabilize. Just careful with high deficit on a longer period, you body needs that energy to sustain itself, but also to avoid any injuries. Try to maintain 1300 kcal NET at least.

Haha, Frustrations. My wife made me quite smoking because she said in was unhealthy and wanted to have a nice long retirement with me and not have to risk losing me early from cancer. she was very controlling and childish during that time. 6 years down the road I no longer smoke and never can thank her enough... Some very good advise in her post. I would also say to spread the calorie intake over the day, 1700 - 1800 is perfect for 6" tall. make small meal 6 of 300 calories each for instance and make sure you eat loads of vegetables. try to stick to 250g of carb, 50 fat and 100g of proteins. ~ Avoid all sugars except from fruits

Heard of something called "Stevia" never tried it but supposedly a "safe" sweetener based from natural plant. I avoid all "Light", "Diet", "0.0%" and sweeteners as much as poison
