Yeah I agree about the restrictions. I haven't indulged since I got back. Its just hard because I have a guilty conscience. I think demonizing is a rather strong word...not really what I was intending, but I hear you. I'm not trying to make food look back just trying to find a more positive outlook!

thank you both for the encouragement! I have a total OCD thing going on with the scale. It's a terrible habit and awful how you almost expect to be like 5 LBs less. Gotta just keep on going and not giving up. This is something I want and I am determined to get it!
