Ugh! That's awful, I hope you lose it back. I was sort of expecting the weight gain but not the measurements gain! :( I'm editing my initial post to fix this because you helped me find the other forum posts about the gain! Now I just have to figure out form. :(

Truth. I eat basically all day long. Snack snack snack. As long as it's keeping in line with my macros, I'm in. I usually eat a lot of protein at dinner, so I really can eat what I want during the day.

Yep, that's how I do it. And the goal totals on the overview page are totaled if you did 1 set 3x a week, 2 sets 3x a week, and 3 sets 3x a week. That way, if you fall in the middle, you know where you're averaging (and maybe set the goal up higher for next month).

That's an awesome goal. I think now that I'm not supposed to rest in between exercises, I bet I'm going to go down to 1-2 sets total before I'm wiped out. :( I'll get back up there, though!

Yeah, having weight in the chest area makes that uncomfortable. :( I'm going to start doubling up my sports bras, I think.

Week 4 Goal: 164 lbs Week 4 Actual: 168.5 lbs - I've actually been holding steady at 167 and yesterday was my strength training day, so I suspect that it's water retention and I'm closer to 166. But still good, honestly - I'm really happy with my progress the last 4 weeks. 9 pounds in 4 weeks is excellent.
