Thank you all for your suggestions... I truly appreciate them. I did a round of PT last year and have continued to do the exercises I learnt there but have hit a plateau. The doctor has told me do whatever I can within my pain threshold so that's what I do. I will definitely check out the pool idea and see what DVD's are…

Pander: I share your difficulties with expenses and cooking for one person. What I've found that works best for me is that I purchase meat with 3-4 pork chops/chicken thighs, etc. I cook them, then wrap each of them individually, then freeze them. That way, on the day I plan on eating them all I have to do is take one out…
