I love my Jawbone Up. I know I would not wear the Fitbit just because of the size. I do feel like Fitbit has a more welcoming online community though, maybe it is just me. Jawbone does have a vibrating alarm to wake and to tell you to get up and walk. So far I am pleased with Jawbone and I have several very fit coworkers…

I am new at this....I have spent several days using protein drinks with a friend who is preparing for bypass surgery and realized that I want the option to eat real food! My first goal is 50lbs and would love to have people to encourage and encourage me to keep going!
