It tastes great mixed with a bit of sour cream if its dry and chopped spring onions, salt. On a dark rye bread. Or for a sweet version- mix it with sweetener and blend it. Can add cocoa powder, nuts if u wish. Also cupcakes- cottage cheese+sweetener+bran blended and raisins. Bake it as cupcakes

Can u take salads? beans+tomato+sweet pepper+spring onions+ meat(optional)+ a bit of mayo, or just veg- tomat+cucumber+pepper+salt+dill+spring onions.

Id guess, that ur dad is bigger and heavier than u, so no- it wouldnt be accurate. U have to put in ur info- age, weight-to calculate calories ore or less accurately  Im heavier and taller than u- 168cm (5"6 and 72 kg(around 150 lb), in an hr running/very fast walking use up around 500 kcal. Id guess in 45 mins 350…

I dont think its accurate for everyone- the only way to know exactly how much You have used in activity, You would have to use a heart rate monitor, because calories used up really depend on ur weight, age, etc
