Also, I have seen girls at the gym who run on treadmills and do bodyweight squats/ low weight glutes workouts but they still have really shape butt. Why is that?

Do they sell CLX in the uk? Can't seem to find it :( I don't want to order it from the US due to import tax and high costs of delivery. CLX and T25 both sound like what I am looking for! argh so hard to make a decision!!

I just set my diary to public. I didn't track much on Sunday as I was away from home and shared meals at restaurants. I did eat more than I should have.. Well that means I could eat more then yay! I always feel unsafe eating more because I don't think my body could lose weight with all those foods :P plus sometimes I'm not hungry and I feel bad for feeding myself when my body isn't asking for it. Thanks it's reassuring to know I could eat a bit more! :)

Bikram yoga 30 day challenge is about going to classes everyday. It's more of a commitment and to give it time to show your body/mind some real changes. I am still finding the best yoga for me :) But thanks!
