Shaped/Round booty...Help.

Overate 2000 calories.....
Okay. So I didn't expect to overeat that much at all.... I am supposed to have 1550 a day (My BMR) and today all my cravings rushed in and I just binged on sainsbury's yum yum, cookies, popcorn and scones...... I have heard great reviews of insanity, T25, chalean extreme,P90x and more... I am hoping to get one for my summer as I don't have a proper gym when I go home. In doubts..... Calories/macros with fat loss
I am at 26% BF. And I am trying to cut it down by at least 3%.. Would it take really long to cut 3%? My BMR is around 1550-1570 (I did a body check) and according to MFP, I should be consuming 1550 cal a day in order to lose 1 lb per week. Sounds about right?
