Okay. So I didn't expect to overeat that much at all.... I am supposed to have 1550 a day (My BMR) and today all my cravings rushed in and I just binged on sainsbury's yum yum, cookies, popcorn and scones......
When I calculated the calories later, I was shocked by how much I have overeaten...
I would cut out calories each day to compensate.... But I am already really hungry on 1550 normally.. So I am not sure if i should go a few days lower than my BMR.

What would you do? ANy help? :(

PS I know this is not healthy. I just hvnt got time to seek proper help yet...

Put today behind you, it is done and you cannot change a thing about it. If at 1500 you are hungry and have problem staying within this margin going lower would probably not work. Maybe you can cut 100 calories snack for the next five days and see if you can do it, if it is impossible do more exercise.

Dont restrict your food to the point that you will want to repeat what happened today.

Personally, I worry about setting up a binge/punishment cycle for myself by cutting calories after a bad day. I just get back on my plan and work hard to do better next time. In the grand scheme of things this probably won't even cause more than a blip in your weight loss trend.

either burn more.................or skip breakfast and split it into 2 meals..............are you sure 2000 is not too much too........another thing you can do is have a lower calorie day 1 or 2days a week to help keep you in a deficit.
