Sigh. Staying accountable, good or bad. First weigh in, 206.7. That's over 2 lbs MORE than last week. But its that lovely time as a women and my hubby and I celebrated our anniversary by going to Salem MA yesterday. Did a LOT of walking but didn't eat great. Still tracked, still weighed in.... not getting discouraged. My…

I think Sundays are a good day to weigh in! Crap, that's today huh? Lol
-
That's the plan I guess. That's what people have done on similar challenges. Weighing in weekly if you want to
-
You'd think I could but its constant moving, talking. Go go go teaching art k-8.
-
Been taking the stairs and tracking food. Now if only i could fit water into my insane teaching schedule.

Welcome y'all! My beginning stats: 204.4 as of Oct 1st Goal Feb 1st: 184.4

Keep it up! "Only 22 days" not only, that's fantastic. Celebrate your accomplishments, don't downsize them. I do the same thing.... mistakes in a lighted trophy case, accomplishments thrown in some moldy box in the basement. Reverse that. Celebrate yourself!

I'm down. What does it entail? Any 30 day goal we set for ourselves?

Hello my lovely accountability buddies. I joined this challenge basically from the start. Then I learned I was pregnant and became a cheerleader for all of you. However, it is with a heavy heart that I share I am no longer pregnant. Obviously, I have a bit more to focus on that tracking food and my appetite has taken a…

I just had my 8 week appointment. I'm due January 6th with my second child. I'm struggling trying to figure out how many calories I should eat. I asked the doctor and she said now is not the time to diet to lose weight, just eat healthy and watch your portions. Soooo...self restraint? Yeah, I'm not great at that hence why…

I would be interested in the printout you received, I am 200lbs and 8 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. I really want to keep any weight gain in the recommended 10-20 lb range. Do you mind if I friend you and you can share your experience with me?
-
Hello my weight loss trudging buddies! Unfortunately, I have to stop actively participating in this challenge. Although I still plan to check in and cheer you all on. I am 8 weeks pregnant (surprise!?) so losing weight right now is not advised. I plan to use what I've learned and continue a routine of tracking for…

I'm due on the 9th also! My first appointment is may 25th to know for sure but based on first day of last period, January 9th. I gained 28 lbs with my first and was only able to lose about 10-15 of it. She's 2 now. Just lost 13 lbs in the last month following gallbladder removal, back on MFP, working hard. Then I found out…

@sunnyhike58 I'm feeling good with it, not starving. I find I need to eat more frequently, small snacks because on an empty stomach I start getting a little nauseas. Just like I did with my first pregnancy.
-
Not really, but I had very mild nausea with my first child too. Just a bit queasy on an empty stomach. I try to keep light snacks on hand like animal crackers, lemon ginger tea. The smell of exhaust and the meat/ seafood section of the grocery store though...ugh

Following. I was so motivated to lose weight, I lost 13 lbs in the last month since getting my gallbladder out and restarting on MFP, then I found out I'm 4.5 weeks pregnant! I'm 197lbs, 5'6". Calories 1530 daily on a lose 1.5 lbs /week. Can I keep that up during my first trimester and still give baby enough nutrients?…
-
I'd like to lose fat while pregnant but everything says no dieting while pregnant. So should I just set maintenance calories? I plan to ask my doctor at my first appointment at the end of this month.
-
I read that you don't need extra calories during the first trimester but is it okay to stay at my current caloric level, losing 1.5 lbs per week? What is suggested for pregnant woman on MFP? 2nd pregnancy, first time pregnant and doing MFP. Btw, my first appt is at the end of May, I plan to ask my doctor as well.
-
@keston02 i just found out I'm pregnant with baby #2 this morning. Estimated due date January 6th 2019. Looks like we are in the same boat! I just started back on MFP last month and lost about 10 pounds. I'm currently 197lbs and want to stay healthy for this pregnancy. Glad to find this group!

Thanks, it seems my Fitbit adjusts my weight when I change it on MFP. I just looked on the Fitbit app and it has my most recent weight entered on MFP. Here's the thing, I've been logging religiously since 4/3/18, weighing/ measuring food, scanning bar codes, not earring out, keeping my macros in check, drinking my water.…

Also, I never look at the calories fit bit gives me, only MFP.
