Is there a way to stop it from doing that? I don't "eat back" my exercise calories so I'd rather them not be factored in at all. I use the free version btw

I'm having this exact problem, I've tried all the tricks above and none have worked. If I click on tomorrow date, it's correct...just never today...which is when I eat...the present. Ugh
-
So I think I'm having the same problem...7 years later!? My custom goals and the goals on the home page aren't the same
-
Me too! Some days it syncs and some days it doesn't. So annoying

I've fallen off the diet wagon and was debating going back on here, but so many of you are kicking total *kitten* on this challenge! And I'm sure I'm not the only one to NOT be kicking so much, or any *kitten*. This challenge isn't just for the winners, it's for everyone... Even those who struggle like myself. SW: 211 CW:…

I'm slipping again. This is what I've done in the past... Couple weeks on, couple weeks off. Up 2-3lbs, down 2-3lbs. I've got to remain consistent if anything is gonna change. Thank you all for being here with me. Xoxo SW: 211 CW: 202.8 (7/24/19) W1 8/4: 201 W2 8/11: 200 W3 8/18: 199.2 W4 8/25: 201.1 W5 9/1: 197.7 W6 9/8:…

Welcome to all the newcomers! Better late than never, that's what I say. I also say the more the merrier.

It's Labor day weekend here in the States. What are your goals, tricks, plans for eating during holiday parties and still meeting your goals? Mine: portion control, eating before I leave and staying away from "grazing stations" like chips and dip, cheese and crackers.

Nope! Welcome aboard!

Happy week 3 y'all! A few personal thoughts, that I need to remember... Take it or leave it. 1. Weight loss isn't linear. I'm pretty sure I could weigh myself every hour and have my weight bounce up and down 0.5-1.5lbs throughout the DAY. True, sustainable weight loss looks like a zig zag line that TRENDS downward. It's…

If I'm understanding what you are confused with, you post at the end of the last entry, there will be a post box to put your updated template in. The group feed is organized chronologically so it's in order of who posted last. In order to see/access what you posted last you have to click though the pages to find it but new…

What I do, and I often use my phone, is I have the template saved in my clipboard on my phone. I use Google keypad on my Samsung, it's a little clipboard icon on the top of the keypad. I guess from a PC, have the template in a word doc or something similar, continue to add to it and cut and paste. 🤷

Welcome aboard! Feel free to create your own "European friendly" template! Is Americans make everything difficult lol. I'm still waiting for us to just accept metric... It makes sense!
-
Yes, repost eat week. I keep this template on my clipboard and add in new weights. I also keep a paper version in my bathroom where my scale is.
-
Typically check in once a week, the template is only if you'd LIKE to use it. Feel free to adjust it or use anything you'd like that suits you. If not too late. December 2nd might be too late though lol. Welcome!

I know how you feel. I went through old photos yesterday. I've been at my heaviest the past couple years, since I had my daughter. The old pics of me, back when I THOUGHT I was fat...I had no idea. Made me remember that my mind and perspective can either be my worst enemy or my best asset... It's really up to me. I may be…

Referring to 😞: Don't let the scale discourage you. I've sabotaged myself over and over again simply because of a number on the scale. My mantra is "weight loss is not linear!" Keep up the good work!

Welcome all the newest accountability buddies! Never too late to join.... Well maybe Dec. 2nd. is too late lol. I need advice: I try to eat 25% carbs, 35% fat, 40% protein. But I'm having difficulties getting all that protein. I drink premier protein shakes, eat zone bars, chicken (so much chicken), fish, pork tenderloin,…

A big welcome to all our newest accountability buddies!! We can do this!
