So the people slowing down right about now.... That's me. And I CREATED this challenge. Oof. I gotta keep up the motivation like I did in the beginning. I'm still logging everything but not proud of my choices and weight loss has totally stalled out.

Some things I've thought about since being a regular tracker and being accountable: Everything I eat is there, right in front of my face. Am I proud of my choices? Sometimes, some meals, yes. Is eating 400+ calories in Halloween candy daily a wise choice? Probably not lol. Did I track every single Kit Kat? Damn right I…

Weight loss is not linear, I have to repeat this to myself constantly. Especially as a women, hormones, water weight, etc. Seeing the scale bounce up is discouraging but it's not an accurate number. No single weight is... imagine a zig zag line that trends downward. You probably just caught an "up zig".

When I was new to the community, I didn't realize the woo was a negative thing. I thought of it like woah! Or woohoo!. The emogi face does look a bit bewildered though. Maybe they don't know it's negative?

Those of you starting late, doesn't necessarily mean 20 lbs. If you're a month late, maybe just shoot for 5 lbs a month? Obviously, totally up to you and how much you want to lose, need to lose. I guess what's most important, to me, is staying accountable, having a manageable goal... especially through the holidays. I'm…

Considering I spent the entire day at playoffs in a pool hall...i succeeded in meeting my caloric goals. Technically i went over by ONE calorie lol. But instead of ordering fried crap...i smuggled in beef jerky, almonds and protein bars. Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow.

You're welcome join at any time! Exercise is not required, whatever works for you! This is simply an end weight goal, helping to get us through the holidays and stay accountable, motivated, and support each other.

I'm loving all the motivation and new people joining! Mentally and emotionally I've been a mess this week. My diet hasn't been pristine but I've been tracking and staying within my limits.. eating back some of my exercise calories but not all. Small victories. And the scale is heading in the right direction!
