  • Is it possible to drink too much water in the run of a day? Could it cause light headedness and maybe headaches?
  • see, now there is another thing......on the elliptical, it says i burn like 500calories for 45 minute work out and when i enter it on here....it says a little over 1100....wich one is right?
  • I weigh 336 lbs, my calories counter is set at 2022 calories per day....when I exercise, It tells ,e to go to 3200 calories. Do I need to eat all those colories to keep loosing my 2lbs a week, or should I stick to the 2000 mark?

  • see, now i'm all confused....it says if you're over 300lbs to eat 1800 calories per day, but if i enter my info on our site, it tells me to eat almost 2200 calories....and with the exercise i do it shoots to over 3000 calories....very confused here????
  • with everything said here, I need to approx 3200 calories a day.....wow! hard to beleive that you need to eat more to loose more!
  • Hi there, For starters, congrats on taking the first step.....From experience, I find if you weigh yourself too often it can be hard on the head....I weigh myself every other week...that way, i know i should have atleast lost a little something..... I try feel good first, look good second and weigh myself third! Only my 2…
