ok, really confused now!!!!!
When I started working out, my eliptical was telling me 540 cals burned in 40 mins, this site said close to 1100 i think. I went out and bought a heart rate monitor that also counts calories burned, tried it this morning and had 1313 calories burned in 47 minutes......?????? Whay the heck?

Been on here for a week today....weigh in this morning. I lost 2.5lbs! and my best girl lost 2.5lbs as well!!!!!! Thanks for all the answers to my questions, seems to be working! You guys and gals rock!

Not enuff fat in my daily diet.......bad or good. I'm eating right around 2400 cals per day, but not getting the right amount of fat according to my info....

Water...how much is too much?
Is it possible to drink too much water in the run of a day? Could it cause light headedness and maybe headaches?

I weigh 336 lbs, my calories counter is set at 2022 calories per day....when I exercise, It tells ,e to go to 3200 calories. Do I need to eat all those colories to keep loosing my 2lbs a week, or should I stick to the 2000 mark?
