    just remember set small goals. You can set goals in 5 or 10 lb. increments. Rather than think I have a lotta weight to lose.

    You feel better and they are realistic!!!

    Guys do lose weight faster so I will say good luck with your first 10lbs!!!!

    Thanks everyone,

    My ultimat goal is to lose 150lbs, however, i lke to set 10% goals and achieve them. Like ladyjh578 said, it's good to acheive something and it feels great to succed.......
