What are you eating that doesn't have fat??? I need to start eating that! Meat has a lot of fat try that! For that matter a lot of dairy does too! Are you ok on Protien???

try some peanut butter with an apple, or a handful of almonds, soynuts, or sunflower seeds. High "fat" content, but it's the good kind! Dark chocolate or chocolate with 60% or higher cacao works too.

I wasn't getting nearly enough fat, either, with buying fat free EVERYTHING so I started using reduced fat sour cream (which I use a LOT of) instead of FF, and reduced fat other things. I also added in peanut butter on my apples which helped me increase my calories to a better number for me. Be sure to use a little olive oil in cooking instead of skipping it all together (another of my old habits). Fat is good for you and it's necessary that we get the RIGHT fats in our diets in the right amounts. Just my opinion, anyway. I'm still generally pretty low on my fat intake unless I have a cheese or junk food freak out, but I make sure I'm consuming enough on a regular basis.

Our diets tend to have a pattern, usually when we are under in percentage of fat, we are over in carbs and sugars (yours are all complex sugars.) I wouldn't worry about your level of fats right now, if you have animal proteins in your diet once a day, and your dairy, with the peanut butter or other nuts you'll be fine. I bet if you switched your fiber and looked at your carbs you'd be over (just a guess). Your diet looks great to me.
