Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes... I walked during my lunch hour. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Yes.... I did over an hour of mall walking before stores opened, stayed within budget, and tracked everything I age and drank.

I had a good work out today and enjoyed a healthy green smoothie. I tracked it. So far so good. Thank you for the encouragement.

I agree with the person who mentioned going for a lunch time walk. I'd say to do that in ADDITION to your regular exercise routine. Regularly drinking warm lemon water (use a real lemon) with a touch of cayenne is good. Taking a Thermogenic might help also (GNC.)

I drink it warm lemon water with a dash of organic cayenne every morning. I find that it helps keep my skin youthful, keeps me regular, and helps to put a pep in my step. I use a half of a lemon but I will try using a whole lemon since I am over 150lbs, thanks for the tip.

You can do this! Tell yourself that you deserve to be fit and believe it!! Whatever you do.....don't beat yourself up.
