i've got 100 lbs on him! he seems to like it- he's 6'2 and ranges 150-165 at most... on new years he weighed 150 and i was 258! i'm only 5'6! i won't get smaller than 160, so i'll never weigh less than him and we are both fine with that!

omg a 5 gallon bottle of water is 40 pounds?!?!?! i used to carry one in each hand while i was pregnant with my baby boy... no wonder everyone would get mad at me- but i'm lazy and didn't want to have to go back down 3 flights of stairs and out to the car to get another bottle! haha i've lost a human head... my own hahahaha

Thanks everyone! You guys are some strong people having dealt with the issues you all have. You have given me hope and some great advice. I know I have to take it slow, but I will try different things and contact my doctor (I saw a diff doc last week) and see what else she can do for me as well!

treadmill and/or crossfit. i should say an altered crossfit- i can't do pull-ups, so i have to jump up toward the bar and use as much strength as i can to not just drop down again- and i can't do any weights over 15 lbs so far because of injuries i have in the back, knee and neck. starting january- 3 workouts a day- 1)…

if you don't want to sleep after workout, maybe you should try drinking a glass of really cold water after your workout- it works for me on days when i'm tired. i don't allow myself to even lay down for at least 30 minutes after a workout- i don't want my body/mind to associate a workout with a nap to follow

walking on the treadmill with a high incline! that's what i do at least (i'm 246 lbs, and walk at an incline of 15- the highest on my treadmill and an average of 3.5 mph, i adjust my speed and incline to cool off for about 2-5 minutes every 15-20 minutes and i burn 1200+ cals an hour... absolutely no running)

zumba! i want to get zumba2, its on sale for 30 bux this week! my daughter is a huge fan of the just dance games... biggest loser is a waste of money!!!!! (and i'm a huge BL dvd fan)
