i drink celsius before my morning workout- that's my only energy drink... unless i'm really falling asleep at my desk- i'll have a coke zero. i love the rockstar drinks but i've stopped drinking them. i have found that a cold cup of water and brisk walk- i just walk quickly down the hall and back- and that gets me up a…

i have used it. i like the energy it gave me- however i never slept! but waking up the next day and taking a pill again kept me going the next day. it didn't change or help my appetite- nothing ever will- i like to eat! don't drink ANY caffiene during the day you will sleep even less at night. i was averaging 2-3 hours of…

i like the sbd but its too expensive for me- when you're feeding a large household- its too much work! but i learned some things from it and try to follow some of the meals still

i'm 35- 36 in april- yay! from northern cali (bay area) mommy of 3 (1 girl- 2 boys) my goal is to stay focused this time! i keep losing weight and gaining weight (getting lazy)- so this time i'm taking it slow and making it a lifestyle change instead of a quick diet/heavy on the workout part... slow and easy = lifetime and…

i did it years ago and then lent it to my sister (in vhs lol) and she absolutely LOVED IT! she has since ordered the dvd's and swears by them but she never bothered to do the 3rd video. she's an itty bitty thing compared to me! she also jogs sometimes- it works for her- not high intensity enough for me, but it was great…

a simple way to start - if you can run- is to go all out sprint for 15-20 seconds and then a slow jog for 40-45 seconds and repeat for 20'ish mins.

walking on the treadmill or jillian's 30DS right now, but i prefer the treadmill because it's hour or so
-
my highest has been 1200- that was on the treadmill at an average pace of 3.8mph and the incline as high as it could go. but i'm a big girl so i burn more cals

bump i bought it, waiting on it to arrive! i'm excited! i like trying all kinds of workouts, giving every thing a try because everyone's body is different. check out the infomercial and see if its something you want. its pricey, so really think about it. if you can borrow it from someone that'd be even better!

my plans- so far i walked 3 miles on the treadmill before work and now i just plan to steer clear of the temptations! i sell candy bars in my office so i need to refrain from buying one lol- but i haven't had one all year (it's been what, 35 days lol). i get off work at 1:30 and usually when i get home i snack- nibble…

i use photobucket.com, it's free! add a picture to your album on that website, resize it to your liking (i just crop mine and it seems a decent size) then, copy the IMG code and paste it, but before posting it- change the IMG to img on both ends of the code (it has to be lower case for some reason)

the pictures show so much personality! i love it! congrats on the loss!

love the dress! awesome job!
-
my goal WAS 150'ish, but i'm honestly thinking nothing smaller than 160- i'm big boned and have VERY large breasts (and they aren't going anywhere- mom had a size F natural cup at 125 lbs)- i won't care what my final weight is, i just want certain rolls to be gone!
-
i don't have anything yet- but i'd love to get some knee-hi boots and look good in em, not some big ones that end up too big around my legs or some that don't fit so they'd have to be scrunched down (i've seen it- not cute!)

good going!
