does anyone have a specific shoe or brand that you swear by? whether you run or cross train, play ball, etc- what do you prefer to wear?

What are you doing today? I still can't workout because of my ridiculously stiff neck, but hopefully I'll be able to walk a little. We have a track on the roof at work and it takes 11 laps to be 1 mile so I am going to do 5 minutes at time on multiple breaks to try to get in 1 mile.

I have serious issues. I ALWAYS workout too hard and throw out my back or neck. I've learned to take it easy but it depresses me to not be able to go hard (I wake up thinking- "go hard or go home") so I'm left feeling like I should have just stayed home! When and Where do you workout?
I HAVE to work out in the morning before my day gets started. I start work at 5 in the morning and make sure I'm at the gym by 3:15 at the latest. Thankfully I work at a place that has a cardio gym, weight room and Crossfit gym which are open to all employees 24/7, and showers! I rarely have the energy or drive to workout…

does anyone else drink this? if so, has it been working for you? i barely started sunday but i realize i'm pushing harder on the treadmill and longer as well as having more energy throughout the day. i drink it around 3:15 in the morning and i'm in the gym from 3:30-4:15'ish, work from 5-3 and then either hit the gym again…

what do you do? i have not been motivated to do my biggest loser dvd, but i do bob harpers pure strength video (weights)... but i ride my bike with the kids and i get on the treadmill on work days. what about you?

how do you decide your goal weight?
i am sure this has been posted before, but i haven't seen a post- so i'm asking i decided to get back into my prom dress and i think i was in the 160's my senior year, so i made a goal of 160 (subject to change when i get there) but how did you decide where you want to be?

no exercise = more food
does anyone else have this problem? if i don't start my day with a workout i tend to eat a lot more and not be able to control (or care about) what i eat. and even if i fit in a workout later i am still starving and want to eat a lot more. if my day starts out with a workout i eat only about 1000 calories or less but trust…
