I've tried doing videos...P90X, 30 Day Shred, Biggest Loser Boot Camp...but I've pretty much decided that I don't do well with videos. My routine is to go to the gym three days a week to lift weights and do a little bit of cardio and then I do some combination of running, walking and biking on the other 3-4 days of the week. I really need someone doing it with me to be successful at doing the video thing, but even with someone else I just really don't like working out in my living room.

Currently I'm trying to run every night that I don't have a spin class and then I am also doing the hundred pushups challenge.

I've tried a couple On Demand videos and it's just a little too boring for me. Maybe I haven't found the right one yet?

Anyway, my workout routine is Monday through Saturday with Sunday my rest day. I alternate each day between running on the treadmill or swimming at our local pool. I've just recently started incorporating sit ups and some strength training with light weights.

I'm one of the video users...both are 20 minutes or less because I don't think I could do any longer than that, though possibly for 30 minutes. I do both videos every other day and on the days I don't do the videos I do:

Couch to 5k run in the morning, lift weights for at least 20 minutes at night followed by a barefoot walk or running in place for 20 minutes.

The videos are Ab Ripper X and a beginning basics Pilates DVD so they are both resistance and strength training so I typically have strength training everyday as well as cardio everyday and twice a day 3x/week.
