exercise shoes

does anyone have a specific shoe or brand that you swear by? whether you run or cross train, play ball, etc- what do you prefer to wear?

    ASICS GEL. I just got them and they are very comfortable.

    I have a love affair with my Brooks Adrenaline running shoes! Before them I could not run without severe knee and ankle pain (I overpronate). Now, I can run without pain. Good times.
