  • I've been seeing great results with T25. 2-5 lbs per week so far and I havent really changed my diet to much, I just stay within my calorie goals. From what friends have said, Insanity is hard and is great, but it requires more free time everyday. I personally dont have that time, so T25 works for me.
  • Giving up wheat gluten will make finding things to eat harder. In essence, removing breads, pastas, and other "wheat glute" products makes you follow a lower carb diet.
