Good luck for the future. I like your commitment and your writing style. As others have said 5lbs a week is too high I think 1lb a week is a lot safer and realistic, with that said good luck with your journey and keep us updated!

I generally stick around 1g:1lb for maintainence I used the same for bulking too. 0.8 per lb is reccomended though.

Work out how many calories you need per day to gain at a rate comfortable to you 1lb every week, 1lb every 2 weeks etc. Then calculate your macros how much protein, carb, fat you need. It could be your diet is fine you just need larger portions it could work out to be easier to incorporate higher density foods or simply…

I have never done anything except throw them away, if you remove them carefully you can try to identify different body parts like lungs/gallbaldder etc etc
