I'm new to the Walk Challenge. My goal is 25 miles a week/125 miles in a month. Yesterday I did Leslie Sansone Walk to the Hits Radio Remixes. 3.00 miles per DVD / 2.50 miles per Fitbit 3/25 week 3/125 month I'm planning on doing Leslie Sansone 4 Firm Fast Miles after work.

On Leslie's new DVD you can program your own workout. It comes out next week. I think there are about 6 workouts on it. I want to finish her 30 day DVD and read some reviews before purchasing it.
