I lost 8 pounds in one week with the flu. i was soo excited till i found out that after you have been sick your body recovers by gaining all the weight back and then some.

if you stop cold turkey it will be hard for a while but eventually you wont even like the taste anymore. I cant even have a diet soda because all I taste is the fake sugar. My friends made margaritas with a light mix that had fake sugar and i couldnt drink that either lol. good luck!

prenatal vitamins are the only vitamin I take. it has everything a woman needs wether or not you are pregnant. and yes my nails and hair are much stronger for it I have noticed a big difference :)

well I count calories too but I can still go out to ANY restraunt. If it turns out to be a high-calorie place then I eat less or just have soup/salad etc, and if not then lucky me. but guys dont like the "high maintenance" girls much when they are hard to even take out to dinner. I know you probably arent high-maintenance…

yup! I work in the restraunt industry so there is ALWAYS yummy food around extra that everyone is snacking on. People seem annoyed when I turn down sweets... especially people who are bigger than me. oh well i think of it as their problem. maybe they are just jealous of the self control you have?

seems like a lot of people dont realise that womens sizes 0/1 are the same, 2/3 are the same, 4/5 are the same, 6/7 are the same, and 8/9 are the same etc. The odd numbers are just made a little less shapely, and the even numbers are made more for womens figures. I cant handle junk days because then i have a hard time getting back on track after that. Instead I allow myself about 1 "mess up" per day and just account for it by trying to stay under tha calories and by exercising more. No one can live deprived all the time!

cardio for sure. use the treadmill or elliptical consistently and the fat will start to melt off

dont take it personal. guys arent too savy in that department lol. they dont know how to tell what reaction we want unless we straight up tell them lol. guys are social dumbasses.

I never go to the gym. even if i could afford the membership, i still couldnt afford the hourly childcare rates for my 3 and 6 year olds at the gym childcare. i bought a cheap elliptical off craigslist for 100 bucks and i use that after my kids are in bed.

every single day for as long as I can remeber I get an uncontrollable desire for chocolate about 3:00. Still havnt figured out how to controll it other than to make sure its never available when I want/need it!!

tortilla soup without the tortilla strips added. its stil yummy that way :) just drink a lot of water to counter all the sodium, and try to stay away from the chips and salsa!

in my experience... chest flies only work if the sagging is in the muscles because it will make the muscles tighter. However, most women have a sagging problem when their skin stretches out due to weight.. and then the skin doesnt readjust once the weight is lost

I had this problem too. I was always a D.. then when I got pregnant I went up to an F. I always add a little extra calories just in case I am eyeballing it wrong. My food diary is very very accurate. I have even logged things such as 0.3 tbs of butter LOL I figure if I mess up on it then its me paying the price so I would rather add more calories than less.

I can relate. I am an office receptionist and there is always a bowl of chocolate on my desk for the guests. I have gotten a lot better. I allow myself a bite once a week or so. idk if you can have too much. but its recommended you drink half your body weight in ounces every day. so if you weigh 150lbs... drink 75 ounces a day. that would be perfect

the elliptical is WAY WAY WAY better for your knees. It is less stress on them. If you have bad knees then you shouldnt be on a treadmill, just on an elliptical.
