a lot of people post about this problem and usually end up just averaging both out and taking the number in the middle. so put down 53 calories burned. make sense? it might not be accurate but atleast you wont be making a huge mistake one way or the other. also you are correct that the mfp doesnt take into consideration…

sounds like you would prefer to burn fat than to build muscle. you should concentrate on cardio (which burns the most) so do the treadmill/elliptical, go for walks/runs. good luck! feel free to add me

first place I lose weight is in my face/neck, after that its my mid section. I honestly cant tell when i lose weight in my legs and arms anyway so idk when that happens

you know what im a size 6 and everyone tells me i dont need to lose weight but they dont see all the fat I have vs. lack of muscle and how unhealthy i am and my blobby tummy. its not their business if they cant listen to you to hear your goals arent necessarily to be thin, but to be healthy.

so true! i keep my kids' apple sauce and juice boxes in there because those things never go bad lol. my fruits and veggies have always been at the top shelf

yeah im the type of person who misinterprets thirst for hunger. i just reach for food all day. ive gone 2 or 3 days before with NOTHING to drink cuz it just doesnt occure to me lol

yay good thing I dont drink coffee or coffee products! I dont think I could handle any more water t han that. also, for soome reason drinking water on an empty stomach make me feel nautious

I dont work out at a gym, I work out at home. guess I should have said that! But no I dont life weights. I do dvd's and the elliptical. I guess im just wondering if one way or the other is healthier for my feet.
