Whatever you do people - don't jack up the spelling of your kid's name to make them unique and creative. It looks ridiculous. If it's Jason, spell it Jason. Not Jaisen. The names I see in my kid's classrooms are ridiculous. I get being unique but it just looks awful. If you want to be unique, pick a name that every other…

Thank you for sharing your story. I hope that you will be an inspiration to others. Your can and can't list made me cry. Your perspective is right on and refreshing. You look terrific!

Stupid. Everything in moderation people. You CAN eat junk here and there and it won't kill you or fatten you up. You just have to do it in moderation and you have to exercise too. We had soda and candy all through my high school in the 80s and there wasn't the issue with obesity as there is now. People are lazy now. Spend…

Am 5'5" and currently 135. I have never been happy in the 140s or even in the 130s. My goal weight is 125 and I'd like to be toned. I've been 120 before and was small. One thing I never lose at any size is my *kitten*!

Four mile run at 6 a.m. and Jillian's Body Revolution cardio 3.

5'5" 40F Heaviest: 152 (or 190 if you want to count when I was preggers) Lowest: 120 (I was 22! And I think that's too small on me. My face looks SICK at this weight) Current: 136 Goal: 126

Good luck with it! I Loved it. Well, loved the results anyhow. Some days were brutal! Just completed it in May. Now I am diong her 90 day plan. But feel free to add me for support.

A big ole strawberry margarita and chips and salsa!

Oh and as a parent, my kids ask all the time for a happy meal. They get one once every couple of months. If you let your kids be in charge at your house and constantly buy them crap food, who is to blame? The company marketing to the kids or you for not being a PARENT? Ok. Off my soapbox.

Everything in moderation. People are fat because they are lazy. Not because of McDonalds. If you don't like it, don't eat there but don't blame them for the obesity epidemic. Take responsibility for your own actions people! I have weight to lose because I have gotten lazy at times in my life. I have eaten crap. It's UP TO…

Day 2 done here too!

I'm starting today too! GOOD LUCK!

This has been an issue for me for two weeks. I thought it was PMS at first but once all my girl stuff passed, it's still hanging on! I haven't changed anything in my diet and am good at drinking water and staying away from high sodium, etc. My husband says I just need to poop more. Goofball :)!

I remember like 20 years ago there was a special k cereal commercial and it was about a gal who was the PERFECT SIZE 6 thanks to eating the cereal. And for me, 6 is the PERFECT SIZE. I absolutely think 6 IS a much better size than ZERO. I am 5'5" and would probably have to weigh in the low 100s to achieve a size zero and I…

I had babies at 35 and 36. The one at 36 was born 6 weeks early but doubt that was related to my age. I was also six weeks early when I was born and my mom was 29 when she had me. Both pregnancies were relatively uneventful in terms of complications or issues. I am 40 now and would actually love another one but I am not…

Nothing is killer like Jillian and her planks! Hang in there. You will get there. It just takes time.Keep focused and doing what you can. By the time you're ready to move to level 3, you'll have level 2 down pat. And then level 3 will seem like a breeze. Good luck!

Awesome results! I'm starting June 1. Can't wait :)

Am on my second round of Ripped in 30. I usually do it 6 days a week and take a rest day. I thought level 2 was hard. I think it seemed level 1 was "easy" so it made level 2 seem more difficult. Lots of plank work in level 2. But my shoulders look better than ever :) I am now on level 3 for the second time. Squat jacks +…

Congrats on meeting your goal! And thanks for the great advice. Such common sense and practical steps but often it's just hard to do. :)

I know the name of every state and every capital of each state. And I can do it in alpha order. My third grade teacher drilled it into us. But it stuns me when people in America don't know where the heck other states are located. How is that possible?

Hi! Welcome to MFP. I am turning 41 this year and have two little ones under the age of 6. I will add you! Keep up the great work with Body Revolution. I am going to start that in June. I just finished Ripped in 30 and am going to do her Killer Buns & Thighs for a few weeks.

I weigh every 4 weeks. The small fluctations in a week can mess with my head too much so I just plan on a monthly weigh-in. Over a month, there is always a loss whether it's a couple pounds or much more. That helps keep my weigh-ins positive and keeps me from giving up or freaking out over a small gain here or there in a…

Years ago when I found out I was pregnant, I quit drinking - obviously. I dropped 8lbs in 5 weeks of my first trimester and had made no other changes except ditching alcohol. I now limit my alcohol to weekends and only a couple glasses of wine. Like others have said, the more I drink, the more I snack! And not healthy…

I don't like yogurt except for Oikos. The taste and the texture are so much more appealing to me. I realize it's a bit more processed than chobani or fage but I just can't handle the those brands as much. Something about the texture bugs me.

I run with pepper mace.

I have shepherds, rotties and labs and they all love to run and hang in well at 4 miles and a 8:30 pace several days a week. They love to go. I usually put them on harnesses and a leash vs. a collar around their neck. You'll want to do some pre-run leash work with them so they learn who is theboss on the leash. My rottie…

I extended 30DS by a week on level 3 and then started doing Ripped in 30. Love it.
