Starting weight: 165 lbs Current weight : 124 lbs 10 months. Started walking, then running. Changed what I eat.. cut out bread, pasta, sugar...processed foods . I Stick with whole foods, lots protein, complex carbs, healthy fats. Lots of water, limited dairy (plain greek yogurt, 1% cottage cheese), green tea. Seems to work…
