If you don't mind looking crazy/goofy, Hip Hop Abs is fun and a great beginner exercise! I am starting all over again and Hip Hop Abs is challenging but not so much that I quit. I also want to try Jillian Michaels videos after I get a hang of exercise again.

130ish-169 is what the BMI said last time I looked. Also, when I did Weight Watcher's before, that was the numbers given. But like everyone else says, it depends on your frame. When I weighed 163, I was really skinny. I felt much better and comfortable with myself at 170-175. And I still liked how I looked. I'm 5'9" btw.
