Another question - I think based on what everyone has said I will eat back my calories but how do I know that they're accurate? What if it says I burned 400 but actually only burned 100 and then I am going in excess of 300? How do I monitor that? How accurate is MFP's exercise calorie tracking?

I guess what worries me is the fact that I constantly log onto MFP and log a few days' worth of food and then BOOM i am back to where I started, not giving a crap. I guess I know where to begin but not how to stick with it. :(

Oh man. I've tried this. I end up not being able to fall asleep because I'm thinking about the food that I never snacked on a night. So I get up, snack, and THEN I'm able to fall asleep. Otherwise, I lay in bed for hours. :'(

:'( I thought it might be too good to be true :P Here are my thoughts- full body weight training 3 times per week and some form of cardio 4 times per week. And maybe on my weight training days I will eat slightly above my maintenance calories (and LOTS of protein!), and on the cardio days I will eat just below maintenance.…
