  • I agree. Looking forward to shopping at normal stores because Lane Bryant charges so much for clothes. There we go...saving money on clothes. Going zip lining, being comfortable on plane rides, having energy for long hikes while traveling.

  • I make kale smoothies all the time. You put about a cup of raw kale, 1 cup of water, a piece of fruit (banana, mango, peach, etc) for sweetness, and either some nutmeg or ginger. Grind it up and drink it. You can also substitute carrots for the fruit, but I personally like the sweeter flavor.
  • You tighten your abs while you walk. Think about sucking in your stomach and squeezing all your abs together. You hold that for long enough and you will start to feel it.

  • I mixed ground turkey, shaved zucchini, and shaved carrots then made turkey patties. I grilled them on the George Foreman grill to get the extra grease out. I serve it on 40 calorie bread or by itself as an entree. You can get some great veggies and stretch your meat further.
