I am the same as you, after losing a decent amout of weight I just blow it and binge, but I think the key to binging is being able to get up the next day and say to yourself, ok, I went wrong, now lets get back on track and carry on. One binge doesnt mean your diet is over, it is just a little bump in the road....dont let…

have you tried measuring? as muscle is more dense you have have replaced the fat you have lost with muscle? Keep up the good work, you will get there in the end I am sure! x

I am the same as you, once i have the urge to binge, nothing will stop me, I have actually just had an urge, and ate ice cream with chocolate sauce! it was yummy, then i opened up a big tin of custard,, poured the whole lot into a bowl, grabbed a spoon and started eating as i made my way to sit down and enjoy the comfort.…

hi ya! I ma from england too!! add me if you like! maybe try and fill up on veggies? I found that if i ate little and went hungry for the first three days of my diet, or whenever i have a few bad days, my actual stomach shrunk a bit and my apetite then reduced.....might be a bit drastic for some but it works for me.

I just use my workout calories as extra calories if i need them, so if i am hungry i can eat more, but i dont see the point in eatitng them if u're body isnt telling you that it needs more food.

hey! my birthday is oct 17th, my goal is the same as you, to be healthy by my birthday!! I have 9lb to go, you'd think that was easily done by october, but i'm finding it really hard sticking to my diet for more than 2 weeks at a time!!

Yea thats link said i should be about 120, but I know that would be too low for me.
