well, it may be a coincidence, but I weighed myself this morning and for the first time in 2 months my weight has actually moved...and in the right direction!! I only lost 0.2 of a lb, but its so nice to see 143 rather than 144 on the scales. A very small move, but a move none the less!! I am extatic and cant wait to see…

start weight: 144.6lb i'm not sure of my waist meausrement, i think my widest point is 96cm, not sure what that is in inches, I have been on a plateau for 2 months, maybe this will break it, although I dont eat much wheat anyway! i'll be interested in the results! Are we updating our results in a week or 2 weeks? x

I think most ppl log it as circuit training, well done on starting, I just did level 1 day 4 today, slightly easier than the first day,s a killer isnt it!! Its ppl's before and after pics that are keeping me motivated!! add me for support if u like xx

level 1 day 3 just done! I'm not sure if it was actually a bit easier or if it was me expecting pure torture like last time!! week 2 update! weight loss since last week 0.8lb I haven't measured this week, I doubt its changed tho! goals for this week: nutrition: under 1300 calories per day exercise: monday: dvd tuesday: bike ride wed: day off thurs: walking for 2hrs fri: zumba! weight loss goal: -1.6lb keep going girls!! we can do it!!!
