Wow!! Week 7 already, that's gone so fast!!
Weight loss this week: 1lb
Calories burnt: about 1000 ish
Nutrition goal met: yep, under or at 1200 every day!
I've cut my carbs down this week and the scale has finally gone below 144 for the first time since 2 years ago. I've been stuck on a plateau since July so it's fantastic to see some movement!!
Goals for this week: lose 1.5lb
Continue with the 30ds
Keep cutting the carbs!!
