Hmm, missed my workout yesterday, due to total lazyness!! But I've just found out that my uni mates have all lost like 2 stone or more over the summer, so that has totally motivated me to get this weight off!! tmorro I will be working out big time!! Monday report: 60 minutes on my bike completed!! took my daughter for a ride along the beach and a healthy picnic!! came in under calorie goal and workout complete!! yay!! We're getting more and more like skinny *****es every day!! woop woop!! x

sorry to say bu no they dont go away, they just fade and become silvery lines. I have streach marks on my belly from being pregnant, I have looses kin that i'm hoping will go down with weight loss but i dont think it will ever be toned properly :-(

Hi, I have started walking my daughter to school every day, its about 1.5 miles, I'm not sure exactly how much I have lost just from the walking but it has definately made a difference in my weight loss, plus it is something that is a perminant change in my life, not like the gym whre you have to make the effort to go.…

I know how that feels, I have had that a few times, usually when I am run down or overdoing it. I went to the doc and they did all the tests but said there is nothing wrong with me. Just make sure you stay hydrated and eat enough. Health is more important than the number on the scale at the end of the day

yea I feel the same! I can run for about 2 minutes and my chest feels like its burning!! Would love to hear some stories too!

could you save up your calories during the day so you can eat when you get in? Or prepare something in advance thats healthier so you are snacking on the right things? there are loads of recepie sites that have low cal suggestions xx

dont worry! the scale fluctuates a lot, it might be better to just weigh yourself once a week and focus on that rather than every day as it can get disheartening. Keep doing what you are doing and the weight WILL come off, the 6lb you saw was probably just water weight and not fat, but you will get there, chin up hun!! x

my fave is the packets of oat so simple, because it keeps u full for a while and the little packet is handy to measure the milk in, its tasty too and low in calories! perfect for me!
