Hello Skinny B*TCHES!!! WELL, we made it through week 1 now its time to BRING IT in WEEK 2!!!
What Are you going to do to BRING IT?
I am going to make it to the gym in the am, then later go on a run outside or elliptical dependent on the weather. My goal is to get outside though.... and enjoy this last bit of warmth from our Montana summer--- winter hits hard around here :grumble:
Plus school starts the a week from this coming wednesday... I need to get into an early AM routine again. :bigsmile:

Ok, so, just to make things clear here. "OPERATION: Skinny B*tch 2" is a challenge that supports and encourages HEALTHY eating and HEALTHY behaviors. I know some of us (including myself) have suffered from eating disorders... and we all have our good days and bad days. BUT if you are not actively TRYING to be HEALTHY about your goals I'm sorry, but this challenge is not the place for you. This may sound harsh, BUT I know certain people have certain triggers. Seeing other's weights, or how little they eat, or how obsessively they exercise can all be triggers. I like to think I am strong when it comes to triggers.... but I still have them... therefore I know others do as well.

All I am asking is, if you are NOT ACTIVELY TRYING TO BECOME HEALTHY, please remove yourself from this challenge. I have everyone's best interests in mind.

I have dealt with an EDNOS for 9 years thus far, royally screwed up my metabolism for the rest of my life, and can't see what is actually looking back at me in the mirror.

There is no way I can support or rather encourage those behaviors in others, If you are recovering, and trying to do better, then great. This is an awesome place for you! If not, I'm sorry, but this is the wrong challenge for you.

    Well I didn't loose the weight like I did last week but I lost some inches!!! Gotta keep focusing on the mail goal, weekends seem to be my downfall:mad: Oh well power through it!!
    I started doing the P90X lean program on wednesday and so far I love it! I would recommend it for a great workout:happy:

    Though the weight isn't changed I'm really happy with how my body is changing it up, and that little roll at the waist of my jeans is just a wee bit smaller.
    I have to say, If I always stay at this weight, but my body stats change and I look better in skinny jeans I will be really very happy.

    Well, it's Friday, which was my traditional cheat day, but not this week(except for migraine day when the chocolate beckoned on Tuesday)....I'm sticking to my goals. I have a Zumba workout tonight, which I love.

    Nutrition goal met?? This weekend was AWFUL... went overboard with the beer. I have made up for it somewhat this week but I did a calculation and even with the cuts I made, Im still evening out.
