  • My ultimate goal was to lose 99.5...I've lost 32.5 so far but am just now getting back into the swing of things so I would love a request from anyone willing to be my friend and help me along this journey.
  • If you are going over your sodium and drinking lots of water, then I'd say you are holding a lot of water weight. Are you exercising? A lot of people on here recommend that you eat back your exercise calories..that doesn't work for me. You may have to play around with the numbers some until you find what works best for…
  • If you aren't eating it and don't plan on eating it then why should you care. I would hate for my friends to tell me how many calories are in something and make me feel bad. I try to share as many healthy recipes that I can but I absolutely REFUSE to preach my health and exercise to other people if they aren't interested.…

  • If you drink tons of water then sodium is VERY important. My grandma used to drink 8-12 glasses of water a day. She never added extra salt to her food either but with the amount of water she drank, she literally washed away all the sodium in her body so she blacked out and damn near died twice because of it. They had to…
  • Hey ladies!! Feel free to add me as well. I had lost 50lbs on my own but since March 20th, I've gained back roughly 24 lbs. I lost my Grandpa on March 20th and then my Grandma on August 5th. LOTS of comfort food easting was going on but I refuse to back any back on.
  • I keep up with a lot of them on Facebook and I've heard tons of horror stories of stuff that they had to endure. It's crazy! No amount of money is worth what they have to go through and sadly that's why over 1/2 of them gain most of their weight back. I read from Suzy (Season 3) that on "weigh in" day that they don't eat…
