I used to eat ice cream at night when the kids went to bed. When I would quit sugar I would literally go crazy at night. simple sugars are bad for me, when I eat them, I need more. Its just better I avoid as much as possible. Again, this is just for me, if someone else is more moderate than I, good for them

Lots of great suggestions here with real food. I use Protein supplements when I travel or in the office for lunch. Its way cheaper and healthier to lunch then to buy lunch.

I only drink it on occasion, sort of as a treat. I do notice it affects me and I am glad I am not a daily drinker anymore.

Since you have kettlebells, try adding turkish get ups. Look up instructions on "Turkish get ups" with kettlebells and its an awesome addition to swings and can be done with light weights.
