Fibre is my favourite topic... I'm a 30+ grams a day girl. :p My suggestion (some learned the hardway :p) are about HOW to introduce more fibre to your diet 1). Increase your fibre intake slowly by adding 2-5 grams a week to your normal diet until you reach your goal intake. Trying to go from a minimum to eating 20+ grams…

OH BOY!! If I lost a pound every time one of the "ladies" at work gave me the stink eye or made a sly remark about my food choices I wouldn't weigh a single gram!! Honestly it was so bad that I used to make excuses for myself like " oh I had a big breakfast" or "I'm just not that hungry" & sometimes I'd even hide my food…

Hi there. I'm no expert but I did take a peek at your diary. Overall the numbers look fine - although there may be a lack of fresh fruit + veg, wholegrains and calcium. You could try incorporating more foods like oats, wholegrain breads, milk, and yoghurt, with a range of fresh fruit and vegetables. All the best.

I have been inspired this week by friend's food diaries on MFP. Seeing the use of products like quinoa, natural greek yogurt, and different fresh produce has definately given me a few new ideas.
