I am starting today. My starting weight is 160. I have been doing well on my exercise routine but I have lost control with my eating. I have gained 8 pounds recently. In june of 2006 I was 210 pounds. I can't go back.

Welcome, I am new too. We can do it. I have already lost about 50pounds. Mine was the divorce diet. But I don't want to go back and I still need to lose between 15 to 20 pounds. I also find a do the best with support. Please feel free to contact me. We can encourage one another.
